The future of a 7-Eleven won’t come until at least January, following a civil court hearing and a special hearing by the St. Augustine City Commission.

The developer received approval in September from St. Augustine’s planning and building department to build a 12-pump gas station at May Street and San Marco Avenue. They also obtained final permits from the Florida Department of Transportation to move forward.
